Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if you provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay future appointments in full.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. If there is insufficient time to complete the service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or changes to your health prior to your appointment. For your safety, certain treatments may need to be modified or postponed.

Right to Refuse Service

Serenity Skin reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, or in cases of inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour.
